Give it a chance it takes a while to work it will notice shrinkage very quickly within a month can do without this product. Absolutely amazing for self-confidence.

It’s been only about 15 days that I use it. I can’t tell anything about it being effective but I keep taking them for at least 3 months. They are easily to swallow and don’t have any bad taste. I have felt any fluctuations in my hormones balance.
